Havelsan Teknoloji Radar (HTR), uzun menzilli erken ihbar radarı üretmek amacıyla 1990 yılında kurulmuş ve 2001’de HAVELSAN’ın ana hissedar olmasıyla çalışmalarına devam etmiştir. Radar, entegre lojistik destek, ağ destekli güvenlik sistemleri, kablaj, kart, modül, birim, alt sistem, sistem montaj ve test faaliyetlerine toplamda 35.500 metrekarelik alandaki yerleşkesinde devam etmektedir. 2017 yılında bakanlık onaylı AR-GE (Araştırma Geliştirme) Merkezi haline gelmiştir. Öz kaynakları ile yapmış olduğu yatırımlarla özgün ve milli ürünler tasarlayıp üreterek büyümeye devam etmiştir.
